FUN FACT

The Paloma, Mexico’s beloved “dove” cocktail, was born in the 1950s in Tequila, Jalisco. Legend says bartender Don Javier mixed tequila, grapefruit soda, lime, and salt—creating the refreshingly bright drink we love today.
