RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy for full-priced items, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Since shipping is free, we deduct 2.000 HUF from the refund amount to cover the original delivery cost — even if you return the item in person.
Refunds are always issued using the original payment method (e.g. bank card purchases will be refunded via bank transfer).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@annaamelie.com. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior confirmation, as we will not be able to accept them.

We recommend using GLS (our official shipping partner) or a tracked postal service for returns.
If you would like us to arrange the return shipping for you, we can organize a GLS pickup. The cost of this service is 4.900 HUF - which covers both the original delivery and the return shipping - and will be deducted from your refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns/do not refund gift cards, workshop vouchers, made-to-order products, sample sale items, unique orders, any custom variations on existing products!
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SAMPLE SALE items, sale items, gift cards and theater tickets.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
